Fry onions in olive oil for a few minutes, then add 5 or six teeth of garlic chopped up.
Fry for minute then add tablespoon of paprika and fry for another minute.
Add chopped up chicken and fry for a few minutes.
Add sliced up fresh chorizo and cook for a few minutes.
(Add chopped celery if you want)
Add about 200 or 300g of cooked chick peas and same of cooked broad beans, or something something similar.
(If you can get a fairly solid black pudding, you can throw in half a piece)
Cover with water
Add salt/stock/pepper as you please. Add bay leaves.
Boil and then simmer for anything over 30 minutes.
Add chopped up chard, or spinach (put loads in, it really shrinks in the pot) and simmer for another 15 minutes
