When is it going to be safe to think about the next gen? I fear that even when there are games I want to play, the fanboy wankery will still be going strong.

Also, the WiiU is looking better all the time, I had forgotten all about X.

I am fully not on for next gen now.

Like I said in the thread that shall not be named, I have bought a PS3, a GC and a PSP recently.
There are a ton of games I want to play on the PS3 after having an Xbox for so long, then I want to revisit a lot on GC which I never should have sold. The PSP is going to be mainly for emulation.

Once those avenues are rinsed I can see myself picking a WiiU. Hopefully there willbe one or two games that really appeal by then (not just semi-appeal like W101) plus there are a few Wii games I want to play

There just not enough to float my boat when the consoles are released. Next year is a different matter but it's only really Titanfall, The Div and Destiny that I really care about.

I bought the new PC and am currently up to about 30 games in a few months so it's going to be my main platform for now. DS2 is a definite but on what, I don't know yet.

Poor WiiU - already being counted with the old consoles.

But yeah, Dark Souls 2 and Castlevania are currently the most interesting new releases of next year on any format.

Gran Turismo 6 is the only new release I'm getting this holiday. Though I may download Spartan Assault on 360, if we're counting digital.

I'm happily buying Titanfall and Destiny on 360 and PS3 respectively next Spring, there's no real reason for me to upgrade until Q3-4 next year.

Need to decide today whether to keep my Xbox pre-order as ShopTo will take the money tomorrow. Forza looks alright, and I want next-gen FIFA, not current gen.

Have been put off getting the PS4 at launch by the fact that I'd need to keep the PS3 in the living room for all my media streaming needs, tempted to hold out for a larger HDD and a firmware patch for the streaming stuff. On the other hand, PS+ and shiny new stuff. Aargh!

On the other hand GT6 and R&C:Nexus, long with whatever else they stick on Plus would probably see me well into next year withough he need for either new machine.

Can't see the PS4 dropping any time soon, but as there's nowt but Killzone to play on it you can hang fire on that too. Can you snap up the PS4 PS+ deals even though you don't have the machine like you can with Vita?
