Highly likely this is just hillarious phone auto correct but it just reminded me of stuff a guy searches on twitter, finding multiple instances of gems such as 'lactose and tolerant'.
Pork belly that had been roasting for 2.5 hours in a tray of shallow water, that was covered in tin foil. Foil removed for last twenty minutes to give it a real blast of heat, get the top all nice and crispy. Served with home made apple sauce, also cubed, roasted garlic potatoes and a wee glass of wine.
Made a sticky plum sauce for a stirfry tonight and it was actually a success. Stewed a plum, garlic, ginger, chilli and honey together in pot with some water until it was nice and thick then strained it off and added it to some chicken, pepper and spring onion cooked in some soy sauce.
It did taste like crap right up until I added it to the soy covered chicken so I had been kinda worried it was going to be awful but it actually turned out great. Another win for making shit up as you go along.

I allowed myself some roast potatoes with the lamb yesterday but it's back on the lo-carb now and counting the cals.

I remember now, you can see my cutlery isn't at half six, that means I'm not done. The waiter didn't read this and went to take my plate, the waitress however saw this and was about to stop him but I relented, hopelessy not carb fit in my defence.

I enjoy eating a non sliced pizza with cutlery, and it's a damn sight easier than scooping soup with your hands.
