Cereal is the most exploitative food there is. They deliberately add processes to it's manufacturing process because each process has a percentage profit margian.
Guy's I'm opening a tinned soup and pot noodle cafe yeah? Come support us in shoreditch at our popup boutique eatery, we have some kerazy combinations and 'rare' instant noodle cups from the U.S and Japan, so kawaii desu!!!!!(

You'll have to charge at least a fiver to make any comparable profit %.
Back when Allied Domecq bought Dunkin' Donuts the companies income stored, due to the stock- it practiically 100% profit on doughnuts and coffee. The stock control was a negligible act- just go off purchases and gross income.
Thinking on a comparable idea would be selling only postmix at even greater profits than cereal. Might as well open a floater bar, nowt but vanilla ice cream and rola cola.

Thing is with doughnuts and filter coffee (or better, basically anything above instant) is they aren't a quick and easy thing to make at home but making batch and constantly can turn a profit.
Putting cereal in a bowl with milk is not difficult or time consuming in any way, there is no labour to be exaggerated for profit. If they made the cereal then they have a business, the profit has already been made by the cereal manufacturers though.
That shitty shop in Shoreditch will do well because the place is full of idiots but it is a totally non-scalable business.
I can't wait till half their expensive imported stock is to be binned in six months time because people are sticking to what they trust, Luckies etc. bankrupting them whilst they sit there unable to work out what happened after selling and ordering more and more luckies. Arghhhhhhh.
At least they stand to learn something.
So then, floater bar, who's in?

Specific recipe your following? I hardly cook with pork, just not it's biggest fan (apart from ham, but that is for sandwiches). This sounds and looks asian, Bas might like that quite a bit.
Leftover couscous with merguez for me, leftover pasta with meatballs for Bas. New crate gets delivered tonight, so I'll be having: hamburger on ciabatta, beets and roman lettuce / (white)fishpie with parsnip and spinach / Jerusalem artichoke soup with lettuce, poached eggs and cheese croutons later this week. No idea what I have to expect of the last one, but sounds like it all will be good again.
Only for the sauce. It's basically a Japanese bbq sauce, but it's bloody delicious. I will post it later. The pork is simply beaten out slightly and breadcrumbed, then shallow fried. It's really easy.
