Had a great turkish wrap yesterday, got a pic as it was quite special. The bread is the main draw. Freshly made at the back of the stall by a stocky hardworking Turkish mum, dressed in white smocks with a white head wrap. She makes three varieties stuffed with with different things - thin layers of bread make up the wrap, Turkish beef suasage, cheese, or veg worked in between the crispy and soft layers. The bread is warmed for you, then filled with nice things - more sausages (grilled), or grilled haloumi (my choice), and a bunch of salad stuff including 'kraut and THE BEST PICKLES IN THE WORLD, mayo and chilli sauce. Had to have a double helping of those pickles so chrunchy, tangy, and dill infused.
Now would be a good time to try mixing equal quantities of butter, flour and dark brown sugar, put in oven till crunchy then sprinkle over yogurt mixed with honey.
Pot Noodle with a 6 pack of cheese 'n onion mashed into it with a Rustler's Big One for dipping into the Pot Noodle, on the side. You might as well eat a used fanny pad.

Just 5 little gyozas for lunch, as we're going to Lahore later and I've heard good things.
That the one on Commercial Rd? They've got two or three different places down there I think.Â
Nearby is a place called Mirch Masala too, which apparently is real good. It doesn't look great when I walk past, kinda like a school canteen...but the food is great I've heard.
