I quite like the way you can leave the game early if you die and don't want to watch the game play through. You don't lose any xp, but the tank you used is tied up until that game ends.
I'm now officially addicted and am saving up for a tank I have set my eyes on.
This is addictive tanking. I do like being able to leave games if your life is brought short, quite easy to build up a decent garage that allows you to flit between games whilst the previous one plays out and your tank is returned. Patience does play out in game though, you are more likely to find yourself alone and outgunned if you push on too quick.

Just got to get a new tank me thinks , are they expensive ? Couldn't buy new ammo ( said coming soon ) but saw someone firing and it launched 3 shells at once , anyone else seen that ?
@ Frantic So you can't join anyone yet then ? Saw you and Prankster were on but only able to join party

I played the PC version (until an update killed it and I couldn't be bothered to fix it). They sell boost, better ammo and better tanks/barrels/engines etc. The match making (on the PC at least) is very good though so if you only have a crapy tank then you will be pitted against other crappy tanks. You can unlock almost everything for free (iirc) but it is obviously slower than buying it, and the more advanced you get the longer it takes.
The IAP side of it is non-intrusive which is great. It's there if you need a leg up but isn't being fed to you with constant subliminal messaging *cough* Spartacus Legends.

The game was solid enough but the menus and ting need some work, waiting as long as you do when switching between tabs or different tanks is really unacceptable nowadays, it's not pushing the envelope either.
I did have a slight input delay in some matches when firing and moving.
But it's good, I want to play it again tonight which is a good sign.
I think the delay was lag, I had it happen earlier in one game. The net code seems pretty solid aside from that one instance. It's certainly addictive.
I'm enjoying creeping through villages stealthily and waiting patiently for the enemy that was tracking me to rumble past. Then wheel round and take his tracks out and chortle as he can't move and is slowly taken apart by team mates.
Connecting was a lot quicker tonight, didn't wait more than 30 seconds to get in a game. A good spread of tanks unlocked garages, the tank destroyer, aka sniper class is the weakest tractor of the bunch so far.

I quite like the challenge of the destroyers though. You have to do alot more creeping through villages and using the dunes. If a medium or heavy sees you... you're toast.
