Then add a blended mixture of chicken stock with some tomatoes, onion and garlic and cook from there just like normal rice. The stock came from the water which the chicken and onion were boiled in for the mole. 2 parts tomato etc liquid, 3 parts stock. Oh yeah, with peas and carrots added.
