We’re so lucky as it’s on our doorstep so it’s hard not to!

It’s bad but better…can’t put any power through it in anyway but movement is much better. Told to try not keep it in the sling and start using the arm more with gentle exercise. So today at the gym was the first time just doing some super gentle pull movements with it. Really bizarre feeling just moving the arm but the blood forcing should help with the still horrid bruising. Still so swollen but I think it’s mainly because I’ve used it maybe too little, it’s so frustrating trying to balance what it can or can’t or maybe should or shouldn’t do,

Ha, don’t worry I’m not. I am on legs and with what I can do safely on my right, but the left is alllllll back and very, very light and slow so I can make sure it’s all through the right muscle,

And I’m not sure if it’s normal as none of my other pups did it but he jumps on every wall possible and runs along them like a toddler…



To then fall asleep as usual exhausted when we got home and snore like a banshee…



And finally awaiting proper bed time whilst I have my yoghurt…

I did think that myself…BUT…when I’m allowed back to work and he goes back to his awesome doggy daycare he’ll run himself ragged again with his dog mates and I’ll be able to do a little less!

Though this month getting out for a few hours with him everyday has been amazing…it’s a lonely place sometimes when you’re as anti-social as I am!

Well happy with what we’re gonna achieve though. Might not be a tremendous amount for some but it’s good for us and I’m proud!
