While it is a Personal Computer and PC does stand for Personal Computer, the default meaning of a PC is a machine that runs Windows based on common usage in the English language. While not a formal or dictionary defined term it is understood that when talking about PC's, particularly in gaming, that you are talking about a Windows based Personal Computer.

This didn't click for me as quickly as Frozen Synapse did but I'm really into it now. Current have a win/loss ratio of 11/2 online, just beat a guy ranked in the top 20 in the world with the last throw of the game.
Loving how pure strategy and game theory this is. I got so into an opponents head yesterday that I threw the ball straight at one of his players about 2m away from me knowing that he would plan to move him out of the way. Epic shit. I would upload the video but their action camera crap doesn't do the play justice. -
The computer is too slow (on my computer) to make it that fun to play and the computer is too damn clever.
