Reg's chorizo/chickpea/tomato stew is on again tonight. About 20 more minutes before I can attack it. Going to Spain in a couple of weeks, hopefully we have a kitchen, I would love to try this with good Spanish chorizo and some tomatoes that will have more taste than ours.
If you're reading this Reg, did you get that from a cookbook, and if yes, which one? Curious if there's more good stuff in there.
