As we have discovered Vampire Survivors is available on phone, none of us have any gaming time for anything new. Therefore let us use this thread for you to list stuff you know you'd love to explore and in a parallel universe would end up on your GOTY list, but time is more valuable than money.

    For me -

    The Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe
    Return To Monkey Island
    Immortality
    Norco
    Trombone Simulator
    Citizen Sleeper
    GoW Ragnarok
    Hardspace Shipbreaker
  • Stuff I haven't bought/got round to yet that I expect to like:

    Neon White
    Final Vendetta
    Andro Dunos 2
    Cursed to Golf
    GoW: Ragnarok
    The Quarry
Hob's Barrow (when the console port appears)
    Slipstream
Pixel Cup Soccer Ultimate Edition (not out yet)
    Azure Striker Gunvolt 3
    Evil West (not out yet)
    Sports Story (not out yet)
    Toem DLC
    OlliOlli World: Flowzone Layer DLC

Stuff I haven't got round to yet that I want to at least try:

    Immortality
    Scorn
    Metal Hellslinger
    Inscryption
    Gunfire Reborn
    Pentiment
The Knight Witch (not out yet)
    Plague Tale: Requiem
    Sol Cresta
    Horgihugh and Friends

There's bound to be a load more, will update as I remember. Started Norco, will play but not yet.
  • I haven't got round to any of these yet:
    Citizen Sleeper
    Stanley Parable UD
    Neon White
    Rogue Legacy 2
    Resident Evil 8 DLC
    Bayonetta 3
    Horizon FW

Hopefully get through a few next month, when the new releases finally calm down.
  • Stanley Parable is well worth putting a (reasonably long) evening aside for.

I replayed the original and did the DLC in one session.
  • Don’t bother with Norco it actually is a text adventure pmsl

Norco was solid. Great sci-fi observation of the way the world is slipping into decay. Definitely worth playing.

I downloaded and opened Immortality but realised I needed to set aside time for it. So that’s the main one on my list.

Can’t think of anything else that I haven’t given a proper try or could be seen as a GOTY.
  • I'm getting back into Destiny 2 via the Witch Queen DLC and my new years resolution is to stick with it. There's a lot of shit to figure out but I'll get there.

I have loads of time because I've decided a lazy life is a good life.

  • I misread the OP and listed a load of stuff that probably wouldn't be GotY contenders that I fancy playing anyway.

From that lot I guess Neon White, Ragnarok, Hob's Barrow and Sports Story all stand some sort of chance.

I don't think anyone read that not believing that was a genuine list of contenders for you.
  • Fair. Even I know Final Vendetta's best self is just delicious pubgrub though (30% off and I'll gleefully stuff my face, not long now surely).

I haven't played The Flounce Game yet
  • There’s not enough pointless stupid maths spoiling things in here. Please install some numbers and rules in the op that imply how smart you are and then I’ll be back.
    Thanks.
